ATV Drawing Rules
- The Polaris Sportsman 500 AWD ATV will be
displayed on the day of the sale.
- Your name will be entered for EACH BULL
PURCHASED.
- No Quail Valley Ranch employees or their
families are eligible for the drawing.
Dear Friends and Fellow Cattlemen,
We would like to invite and welcome you back to our
Fourth Annual Bull Sale and thank everyone that has
supported our previous bull sales.
We understand the needs of both commercial and
registered cattle ranchers; consequently, we develop
bulls whose herds will be problem-free with quality
performance EPDs and carcass values that will reliably
increase profit margins. Again this year the majority of
bulls are out of our ET or AI sired programs.
This year we are pleased to announce that for all
2009 bull buyers there will be a drawing for a brand new
Polaris Sportsman 500 AWD ATV at the conclusion of
the auction.
Also, Quail Valley Ranch will again be giving a 5%
discount to all repeat bull buyers.
The weather this year has been in our favor with
moderate temperatures. The bulls have been gaining
weight extremely well and they are always developed on
a high roughage ration right here at the ranch in central
Oregon.
All of our bulls in the sale are guaranteed: tested BVD
free, ultrasounded, and have recently passed a semen
test.
We will also be donating the proceeds from the sale
of one bull to Water for Life.
So make plans to be in Prineville, Oregon on Sunday,
February 8, 2009 for the Quail Valley Ranch Bull Sale
and be our guest for lunch.

Syndrome (ccS/Am) Guarantee
Quail Valley Ranch will GUARAN-
TEE that any 2009 Bull Sale bulls
that are possible carriers of CCS/
AM will be DNA tested as soon
as the test becomes available. If
test results are available before
the sale, we will GUARANTEE
that the bulls you purchase will
be free of CCS/AM, or if a test or
results are not available before
the day of sale, the results will be
made available to you as soon as
we receive them. If you have, by
some small chance, purchased a
bull that is found to be positive
for CCS/AM you will have four
GUARANTEED options:
1. A full refund of the sale day
purchase price, less salvage.
2. A full credit towards the
purchase of another bull, less
salvage.
3. A full credit towards any
future Quail Valley Sale, less
salvage.
4. You may keep the animal you
purchased, but Quail Valley
Ranch assumes no further
ownership, responsibility
or liability for that animal. A
signed release may be requested.
