challenged regulation. Bilgi University
are at the heart of exports and imports
in foreign trade.
Two roundtables were organized
during the RTPC. Those events were
open to the public and tackled timely
issues such as “Trade as Response to
Economic Crises: International Trade
Strategies of Turkey, EU, Russia
and Their Trading Partners” and
“Liberalization in Trade in Services:
The case of Financial Services and
Telecommunications Sectors”. As a
result of the longstanding incentive,
two roundtables were foreseen in this
in coordination with the three partners
of the Course, the WTO, Istanbul Bilgi
University and the Turkish Ministry of
Economy. Several topic alternatives
for the roundtables were discussed
between the University and the
Strategies of Turkey, EU, Russia and
their Trading Partners” and “Services
Regulation in World Trade: Insights
