11.3 Several competitors tied <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> same position<br />

If several racers are tied <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> same position in a race, each of <strong>the</strong> tied<br />

competitors receives <strong>the</strong> points corresponding to that position. The remaining<br />

competitors receive <strong>the</strong> points corresponding to <strong>the</strong>ir official position in <strong>the</strong> race.<br />

11.4 FIS points list<br />

The FIS points list published periodically is also valid <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> Snowboard World Cup.<br />

12. Awards<br />

12.1 Winner of <strong>the</strong> Snowboard World Cup<br />

The competitor who wins <strong>the</strong> Snowboard Freestyle overall classification is <strong>the</strong><br />

“Winner of <strong>the</strong> Snowboard Freestyle FIS World Cup”.<br />

The competitor who wins <strong>the</strong> Snowboard Parallel overall classification is <strong>the</strong><br />

“Winner of <strong>the</strong> Snowboard Parallel FIS World Cup”.<br />

12.1.1 Formula – Overall:<br />

The overall winners will be calculated as follows:<br />

The points from all World Cup Snowboard Freestyle Results (Halfpipe, Slopestyle<br />

and Big Air) will be added toge<strong>the</strong>r to determine <strong>the</strong> Overall Champion in <strong>the</strong><br />

Snowboard Freestyle events. The points from all World Cup Snowboard PSL and<br />

PGS Results will be added toge<strong>the</strong>r to determine <strong>the</strong> Overall Champion in <strong>the</strong><br />

Snowboard Parallel events. A maximum of 6 events are taken into consideration<br />

regardless of <strong>the</strong> event where <strong>the</strong> results are achieved.<br />

Tie Breaking: The highest total of <strong>the</strong> best event decides - if still tied, <strong>the</strong> number of<br />

first rankings, if still tied <strong>the</strong> number of second rankings, etc. decides.<br />

12.2 Winners of <strong>the</strong> events<br />

The winners of <strong>the</strong> events shall be honored as "Winner of <strong>the</strong> Snowboard Parallel<br />

Giant Slalom. Parallel Slalom, Halfpipe, Snowboard Cross, Big Air or Slopestyle FIS<br />

World Cup".<br />

12.2.1 Formula – Event:<br />

The event winners will be determined as follows:<br />

All counting results in <strong>the</strong> event are added toge<strong>the</strong>r.<br />
