It is advisable to explore each part of the long and scenic trail on separate occasions. This so-called „Rundwanderweg” is marked as a dotted red line on the panoramic map available from the Tourist Information Centre Rottach-Egern. Along Mount Wallberg, the trail is only suitable for the very athletic and those using an electric wheelchair or availing of an escort – as the path alternates for about 100 m between ascents and descents of up to16 %. For users of electric wheelchairs, the car park of the Wallbergbahn cable car terminus is a good starting point. Disability friendly toilets: Lake lido and pool, coach & sledge museum Tip: Breathtaking views may be enjoyed from the benches on the wood trail near Sonnenmoos lifts, easily accessible from Wallbergbahn cable car terminus. Wheelchair users who are also driving might want to set out for the nearby Sutten area with its idyllic circular trails around Lake Suttensee.
