The addition that was not made during the financial year for tax reasons amounted to EUR 577 thousand
(2008: EUR 380 thousand).
Information about differences in carrying and repayment amounts for bonds and other fixed-income
securities
The difference between carrying amounts of bonds and other fixed-income securities with the characteristics
of financial investments and the lower repayment amounts is written down pro rata temporis pursuant to
section 56 paragraph 2 BWG. The differences to be allocated over the remaining maturities were as follows
at the end of the reporting period:
