Our Free Floating Piston technology virtually eliminates rider
ring wear in non-lubricated compressors by allowing the piston
to ‘float’ freely on the process gas. It will increase the Mean Time
Between Maintenance (MTBM) and reduce downtime of your
compressor, resulting in a lower Total Cost of Ownership.
The Rsens sensor provides extremely accurate monitoring
of the condition of the rider rings during the operation of your
compressor. Accurate to within 0.1 mm, the sensor allows you
to precisely pinpoint the optimum time for compressor
maintenance shutdown.
Hydrofit pre-loaded couplings fitted at both the piston and the
crosshead ends of the piston rod considerably reduce the cyclic
stresses that cause fatigue failure at the critical points where
the rod is joined to other components. Easily assembled and
dismantled, they significantly extend piston rod life.
