Finding the true love.
First scene Marlene has to take a
decision.
Many years ago, an orphan girl worked
and studied at the same time, she lived
in new york.
she was in high school , she loved every
class but she loved even more
mathematics classes, Marlene had a lot
of friends with whom
she spent a lot of
time, two of her
friends were in love
with her, one of them
didn’t have a lot of
money and the other
one was rich.
The rich young man
called tony began to
show interest by
Marlene, inviting her
to parties, and gave
her many gifts to conquer her, while
the poor young man called Marlon,
made her letters, also gave her flowers,
and help her with her homework’s athe
time without showing interest to her.
Marlene started to fall in love with tony
and ask her to be his girlfriend, she
accept! When they began their
relationship everything was going well,
he gave her many gift, but as time
passed by tony was cheating on her
while this happened
Marlon comfort her
and help her all the
time.
In a very short period
of time, Marlon was
falling in love with
Marlene and tried to
do all the thing she
wanted.

Tony: she´s just mine
Second scene:
Fighting for love
Marlene said, tony was jealous and
began to have problems with Marlon.
Tony: why you spent all the time with
my girlfriend?
Marlon: she´s just my friend!
Tony: I don’t want you to be her friend
anymore!
Marlon: why? I’ve always been with
her and I will not leave her alone!
Tony: keep away from my girlfriend!
Marlon: I don’t care your threats, I
will fight for her!
Tony: I knew that
this was more
than friendship!
Marlon: you´re
wrong, I love her
and I will fight to
have her by my
side!
Tony: if I allow it!
Marlon: I don’t care what you say… I
will do it!
Marlon: do you think she will not get
tired of your mistreatment?
Tony: obviously not, because she loves
me.
Marlene was talking with her best
friend Marlon, began to tell him that
her relationship with tony was not the
same and she got tired of the situation,
but she couldn´t finish her relationship
with tony because he promised to help
her paying the fees of the university for
the next year, and it was an unique
opportunity that she had to be
professional.
Marlon advise her that she need it to
make up her mind and should think
about how to solve her
problem.
Third scene:
The double face
Marlene discovers that
Tony’s behavior changed
because he met another
girl.
Marlene went to her best friend house
Marlon and told him the situation, and

she asked for help. Marlon was
embarrassed and told her: let him go!
It is just the best way for you to find
happiness. Marlene was disconcerted,
crying, and told Marlon that she could
not do it because her salary was not
enough for her to Effort School, and in
spite of all the problems she loved him,
and he was the only person who could
helped her.

Marlon decided that he had to do
something to help Marlene and decided
to get a job, then he would save the

Tony: Marlene is not having a bad
time, she is happy by my side.
Marlon: That´s not true!
Tony: Clearly, she loves me and has no
eyes for anyone else.
Marlon: someday she will get tire and
will go away!
Tony: That will never happen!
Marlon: Well, you will see it.
The situation didn’t improve and she
was closer to Marlon.
Marlon was very embarrassed, for not
being able to help Marlene, he loved
money in order to give it to Marlene at
the end of the year. Marlon was very
intelligent and he started to look for
job and he got it.
Marlon went to look for Marlene and
told her: Everything is going to be ok,
don’t worry!
Marlene was very surprised and she
wondered: Why Marlon told me that?
I want to know what he will do.

Marlene thought about the situation
that was going on, she thought it was
not fair that Marlon would sacrifice his
money for her, because he was just her
friend.
Marlene started to have a discussion
with Marlon:
Marlene: why do you want to help me
if you are just my friend?
Marlon: I know! But I have something
to tell you.
Marlene: ok, I hear you
Marlon: I’m doing this because,
I’m in love with you
Marlene: what? I can’t believe it. Are
you my best friend?
Marlon: I know for our friendship I
didn’t say anything!
Marlene: but no way will I accept your
help.
Marlon: but I am doing it for your
welfare?
Marlene: yes, but you are just my
friend and you shouldn’t sacrifice your
money for me!
Marlon: ok, if you don’t want to accept
my help I will not insist more.
Marlene: ok
Fourth scene:
Losing a friend
Marlene did not want to accept help
from Marlon and for that she prefer to
stay alone, thinking about the situation
Marlene believed she had lost a great
friend and was feeling a little
disappointed for not having followed
the advice of Marlon with a small
discussion they had had , she wanted to
change this situation that no longer
stand.
Marlene was looking for tony and
made the mistake of telling everything
Marlon was determinate to do for her.
Tony angry calls and recall to her
phone in order to know if she feels the
same way for him?
When she finally answers, tells him
that the only person she loves is him
and that Marlon is only a friend.

The next day tony angry calls Marlon.
Tony: hey Marlon, I don’t want argue
and say nothing else just that I won
and you are alone.
Marlon: no, no I’m not alone she’s just
confused and I know she’s going to
notice who you are. And who I am.
Tony: and who are you?
Marlon: her happiness.Tony: don’t
make me laugh, I have better things to
do bye.
Meanwhile Marlene is at her home in
her bedroom thinking about the
situation, and she doesn’t stand the
fact of losing her best friend And how
she feel better in the whole world, on
the other hand moving away from him
will help her to forget him and be
happy away from him.
she couldn´t stand his deceptions and
his fake promises of him changing.
As time goes Marlon dedicates more
and more time studying so he will
forget Marlene and when he sees her in
college he prefers not to talk with her
and keep walking, as time goes he feels
that the love for her is disappearing
little by little or at least he tried to feel
that way.
On the other hand Tony’s increases the
mistreating to Marlene, he screams at
her in front of everyone and gets mad
easily with her, but what really
characterize tony was his addiction of
drinking alcohol this makes him to
stops going to college and always be in
trouble. Marlene doesn’t stand the
situation she feels every day; her
happiness is so far and tony changing
too.
Marlene: tony, Do you know that I love
you so much right?
On the other hand her love for tony
every day was less she prefers having
him close and his money even though

Tony: yes, Marlene I know it but why
are you crying?
Marlene: because you are playing with
me, all the time you are at a bar with
your friends and random girls.
Tony: OMG, baby please, you are the
one and only, I don’t want to lose you.
Marlene: Are you going to change?
During one week tony change his
attitude, and gave to Marlene a lot of
gifts and invited her to expensive
restaurants all week. But the last day
of the week he started to act in a bad
way again.
He start to tell her that she’s alone
without him, her family is dead and
nobody can help her more than he and
leaves Marlene’s house. Marlene
started to remember her childhood
with her parents and now she’s
feeling alone not only because tony
doesn’t love her also because
Marlon put distance between them.
The next day Marlene tries to talk
with Marlon at college:
Tony: yes, my
princess.
Fifth scene:
A little change
I?
Marlon: I’m busy
Marlene, I’m sorry.
had.
Marlene: I want to talk with
you. Can.
Marlon I don’t have time,
but what do you want?
Marlene: I just want to
tell you that I love you so
much, and you are the
best friend that I ever
Marlene: just give me 3 minutes please
Marlon: thank you Marlene but you
know that I love you but in a different
way.

Marlene: I know but I just can give you
my friendship.
An unexpected accident
Marlon: you are hurting my feelings,
but that’s good, when you realize you
love me, you know where to find me.
Marlene: but, ok Marlon bye
Marlon: bye.
It was difficult to Marlene to make a
decision but she didn't feel attracted by
him, she only loves him like a friend a
good friend that helps her in
everything that she needs. But by the
other side tony was a good boyfriend at
the beginning of the relationship and
help her with money too.
Sixth scene:
While Marlene walks a car hit her. The
person who drives the car helped her
and take her to the hospital. Marlene
suffered small injuries but had to be at
the hospital, because she couldn´t walk,
she need it someone who help and take
care of her. Tony couldn´t visited the
same day of the accident because he
was mad with her and it didn´t Matter
what happens with her. The only
person that visited Marlene was
Marlon, and told her:
Marlon: Are you ok? I almost die when
I find out about your accident.
Marlene: seriously? Omg, thanks for
everything Marlon you are a great
person.

Marlon: I'll be there for you always
because I love you, and we are friends
again I can´t be without you.
Marlene: I'm so sorry for everything.
Marlon: I'm so happy because you are
okay on being my friend again.
Marlon visit to Marlene every day for 2
weeks at the hospital and then take
care of her at home, while tony didn´t
visited her and never call her. Marlon
feels great at Marlene's side but he
knows that is never going to be her
boyfriend, but he doesn't know that in
these weeks something change in
Marlene's feelings.
But he knows that the things changed,
that know Marlenes enjoys when they
go to the cinema or to the park
together, they look so happy together
and the nurses of the hospital told to
Marlene that Marlon loves her a lot
and that he is the perfect man to her,
because he make her smile and help
her everytime he can.
Seventh scene:
Recovery, love and
forgiveness
2 months later.....
Marlene's feels that Marlon is like an
angel in her life and wants to be with
him always.
Marlene's recovery was successful and
all thanks of Marlon's support.
After her recovery Marlene began a
new life, Marlon find a job to her and
she started to worked and studied at
the same time.
The relationship between Marlon and
Marlene was increasing and they were
spending a lot of time together.
Tony was in jail for a street fight,
Marlene in order to help him went to
jail and talked with him:
Marlene: hello tony

Tony: hello Marlene, what are you
doing here?
Marlene: I just came here to tell you
that I don't love you anymore and also
to wish you the best in your life, try to
change your life.
Tony: thanks Marlene, you are an
angel, thanks for everything and I'm so
sorry for all bad things that I made or do
to you.
Marlene: God bless you.
All changed in Marlene's life and now she
know who is the perfect man for her, and
it is not a rich man or a handsome man is
a man that's give everything for make a
woman happy.
Marlene expressed her love to Marlon
and at the moment she kiss him and told
him that he is her true love.
3 years later they married and 2 years
later they had 2 children and worked hard
to start a free school for poor people. And
lived a happily ever after.
The true love is next to you just need to
pay attention to the details.
