ThirstD, a web-based drink<br />
subscription and delivery service,<br />
wanted to increase their revenue<br />
and presence in the Dartmouth<br />
College market.<br />
Low visibility and competition<br />
from traditional retailers like<br />
Amazon had stunted ThirstD’s<br />
growth for the past year - so they<br />
brought us in to help.<br />
SOLUTION<br />
We professionalized ThirstD’s<br />
website, desiging a fresh<br />
interface and more efficient and<br />
manageable ecommerce system.<br />
We also analyzed Dartmouth’s<br />
drink consumption trends and,<br />
with that data, created a coupon<br />
promotion scheme for ThirstD to<br />
use at strategic times.<br />
IMPACT<br />
For maximum visibility, we<br />
relaunched ThirstD on a major<br />
Dartmouth party weekend. As a<br />
direct result of our comprehensive<br />
services, ThirstD doubled<br />
its quarterly revenue and is<br />
franchising its business model at<br />
other campuses nationwide.<br />
We remain on retainer for further<br />
work with ThirstD to this day.
