SALTEDPASSWORDS Default
The system extension “saltedpasswords” (and “rsaauth”)
are now enabled by default on a new installation
This extension ensures that passwords of front-end and / or back-end users
as a salted hash is stored.
Do not forget to set the following values ​in the install tool
(or via cables make sure they are set):
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS[‘BE’][‘loginSecurityLevel’] = ‘rsa’
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS[‘FE’][‘loginSecurityLevel’] = ‘rsa’
