REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR RETREAT:<br />

or by fax: 757-422-6321. To register by mail: Make check or money order payable to A.R.E. Conferences<br />
Registrar, and state retreat name, member ID# and customer code. Mail to: A.R.E. Retreats, 215 67th<br />
Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23451-2061. A registration confirmation postcard will be sent to you. You will<br />
receive a welcome packet via email a couple weeks before the program. You will receive a program packet<br />
at registration check-in.<br />
‣ PROGRAM TUITION: A.R.E. Members: $229 before June 6th, after June 6th $269. NonMembers: $249<br />
before June 6th, after June 6th $289. Couples: $399 before June 6th, after June 6th $439. Seniors (62+):<br />
$199 before June 6th, after June 6th $239. Join A.R.E. now and save-A.R.E. Members pay lower price.<br />
A.R.E. Membership: $59/year, eMembership: $39/year. An email address is required for an eMembership<br />
and also for notification of program changes and upcoming events. A $100 deposit per person is due at<br />
the time of registration, with the balance due by July 8th. Cancellations: tuition refunds, less a $35 processing<br />
fee per person, are available by June 6th. After June 6th deposit is forfeited. THERE IS NO YOUTH<br />
PROGRAM AVAILABLE. Youth ages 12-18 may register and attend the adult program with an adult at 50<br />
percent tuition price. Youth ages 0-12 are the full responsibility of their parent(s) at all times.<br />
Tuition does not include meals or lodging. See Lodging & Meals Reservations information below.<br />

‣ LODGING & MEAL RESERVATIONS: All participants must also be registered at<br />
Granlibakken and wear their name badge. Please call 877-552-6301 to book your<br />
‘conference package’ which includes lodging and meals. There are four<br />
main types of lodging. Accommodations without stairs are available. A $100<br />
per person deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 14<br />
days prior to arrival. Cancellations will be charged a $20 fee. Cancellations less<br />
than 30 days prior to arrival are charged $100 per person.<br />
