Decoiling<br />
Plates can be produced to customer requirements to the following specifications:<br />
• Material thickness 0.8 – 4.0 mm<br />
• Length<br />
minimum 400 mm, maximum 6000 mm (longer length of max. 12 m on request)<br />
• Width<br />
minimum 400 mm, maximum 1650 mm<br />
• Length tolerance up to +/– 0.3 mm possible, depending on the specification<br />
• Width tolerance with sheared edges +/– 0.2 mm<br />
• Paper between the plates possible to customer specification<br />
• Coating<br />
single and double-sided<br />
Slitting<br />
Slitted <strong>steel</strong> coils can be produced to customer requirements to the following specifications:<br />
• Material thickness 0.4 – 4.0 mm<br />
• Minimum strip width 35 mm<br />
• Width tolerance +/– 0.2 mm hemmed<br />
• Foiling (coating) only possible on upperside<br />
• Paper<br />
can be inserted on request<br />
Sawing<br />
- hot rolled round and square bar > 50 mm<br />
<strong>Stainless</strong> <strong>steel</strong> finish<br />
MCB processes stainless <strong>steel</strong> plate material to the following specifications on its own finish line:<br />
• Grinding<br />
- Single and double sided, 60 grain to 600 grain (only cold-rolled material)<br />
- Possible grinding agents: aluminium oxide and silicium carbide<br />
- Max. lengte: 4000 mm<br />
- Max. breedte: 1500 mm<br />
• Brushing<br />
- Static and oscillating brushing<br />
- 3 brushes: coarse, medium and fine can be used independently<br />
• Foiling (coating)<br />
- Single and double sided<br />
- Max. length: 4000 mm<br />
