Welcome to this latest issue <strong>of</strong> <strong>IK</strong> News<br />
which has been refreshed with several<br />
new features. We, the German team, are<br />
delighted to launch a series <strong>of</strong> presentations<br />
by <strong>IK</strong>’s investment teams <strong>and</strong> to showcase<br />
our most recent transaction, the <strong>merger</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
the US-based fire protection <strong>and</strong> life safety<br />
systems business <strong>Viking</strong> <strong>Group</strong> with our<br />
portfolio company <strong>Minimax</strong>. We also discuss<br />
the German PE market as it continues to<br />
recover from the economic downturn.<br />
