During the 2003-2004 academic year, Dr. Hae-<br />

<strong>at</strong> Kwandong University, South Korea, visited<br />

and collabor<strong>at</strong>ed with American host and MEC<br />

Center Director, P<strong>at</strong>ricia Moyer-Packenham.<br />
