Year 8 3D Sculptures<br />
Year 8 Learners have been studying resources and Economics this term. They have<br />
investigated wealth and poverty and looked at inequality of resources. A final activity<br />
was for learners to create a sculpture which represented their thoughts and feelings<br />
about an aspect of their study. A popular concept was the comparison of lack or food<br />
and over-abundance of food, access to clean water and suitable housing. Learners<br />
presented their work to their class and discussed the significance of their sculptures.<br />
