Industries, Inc. and North General Hospital; the trimedia<br />

particularly ABS-CBN, the Philippine National<br />

Police, Junior Jaycees Society, Oikos <strong>Environmental</strong><br />

Society, other Volunteer NGOs and the DENR with representatives<br />

from its sectors and line-bureaus.<br />

A Peek to the Program’s Sustainability<br />

More partners have declared their commitment<br />

to the program after a series of dialogue and close coordination<br />

with them. Since the program was launched,<br />

some 13 companies al<strong>read</strong>y have signed the Memorandum<br />

of Agreement as Donor Partners, namely: ABS-CBN<br />

Broadcasting Corp., Dedon Manufacturing Inc., Concrete<br />

Solutions Inc., Profood International Corp., RRDS Petro-<br />

Chemical Industries, Inc., Lami Food Products, JLR<br />

Construction and Aggregates, Inc., Maritrans Recycler,<br />

Inc., Treasure Island Industrial Corp., Cenapro Chemical<br />

Corporation, Greencoil Industries, Inc., Sunpride Foods,<br />

Inc. and Cebu Holdings, Inc. While 3 <strong>more</strong> interested<br />

stakeholders are planning to join in the next MOA<br />

signing schedule.<br />

There were many other clean up and mangrove<br />

planting events that were conducted by other partner<br />

companies and LGUs within their respective areas of<br />

jurisdiction and chosen sites in the region. All these<br />

initiatives have even <strong>more</strong> crowned the Clean up Month<br />

Celebration with glory and have made the Adopt-a-<br />

River/Estero program to take root.<br />
