***What the stand fee includes<br />
All stands, whatever their surface, include an exhibit shell scheme consisting of:<br />
• structures with panels,<br />
• standard carpeting (colour will be indicated in the technical exhibition manual),<br />
• a sign identifying your company’s name,<br />
• daily cleaning of the exhibition area,<br />
• surveillance of the public areas of the exhibition excluding the booths themselves,<br />
which are under the exhibitor’s own responsibility.<br />
Note: charges for electricity and telephone, furniture and decoration are to be<br />
covered by the exhibitor.<br />
Contribution<br />
As contribution in the <strong>EAO</strong><br />
2013, the Gold, Silver and<br />
Bronze sponsor commits<br />
himself:<br />
• To support the <strong>EAO</strong> by<br />
promoting the Congress<br />
(verbal promotion, mailing...)<br />
• To not organize a symposium<br />
or event which shall not<br />
have been reported to, and<br />
approved by, the organization<br />
committee beforehand.<br />
