Remarks for Display Sites
1. Display sites should be used for product / information display or illustration and leaflet distribution
only.
2. One representative is allowed at the site for on-site explanation.
3. Telephone line is not available at all display sites.
4. A deposit of HK$20,000 is required for each booking with 5 or less display sites. For each booking
with more than 5 display sites, a deposit of HK$40,000 is required.
5. The above rates include the cost for employing Safety Representatives from 22:00 to 07:00. For
additional hours within 12 successive hours, the cost is HK$57 per hour. For employing Safety
Representatives for less than 9 successive hours, over 12 successive hours or 24 hours per day, the
cost is subject to separate quotation.
6. All Safety Requirements, Important Notes and Terms & Conditions for exhibition sites are applicable
in display sites booking unless otherwise specified.
