GMOS Interfaces
The GMOS interfaces retain Onstar and provide the warning chimes that are
lost when the OEM radio is replaced. Also a 10 amp 12 volt accessory output and
outputs to install a navigation radio are provided.
In this section the GMOS interfaces are for amplified vehicles.
GMOS-04 GMOS Interface
Designed Designed to allow the user to replace the OEM radio with with an
aftermarket unit in amplified GM vehicles and retain full functionality
of the OnStar system as well as all safety and warning chimes with
volume. Retains RAP. Has the required outputs for the installation of a
nav radio. Also has VSS, parking brake, and reverse outputs.

GMOS-08 GMOS Interface
The GMOS-08 interface is designed to allow the user to replace the
OEM radio with an aftermarket unit in amplified 2005-06 Chevrolet
Equinox and 2005-06 Pontiac Torrent and retain full functionality
of the OnStar system as well as all safety and warning chimes. The
GMOS-08 will also retain the retained accessory power convenience
features. This interface has the capability of adjusting chime and
OnStar volumes as well. In addition to these features, the GMOS-08
has the required outputs for the installation of a navigation radio.

The GMOS-09 interface is designed to allow the user to replace replace
the OEM radio with an aftermarket unit in amplified GM vehicles
equipped with the “Dock-n-Lock” style harness and retain full
functionality of the OnStar system as well as all safety and warning
chimes. The GMOS-09 will also retain the retained accessory power
convenience features. This interface has the capability of adjusting
chime and OnStar volumes as well. In addition to these features,
the GMOS-09 has the required outputs for the installation of a
navigation radio. Also has VSS, parking brake, and reverse outputs.
