Supporting the Queen Alexandra Hospital Home
The QAHH provides specialist nursing care
for ex-servicemen and women. MTS is proud
to support this work and has sponsored the
Southern Water Armed Forces Charity Race
Day at Fontwell.
We also placed the winning bid at the Charity Auction for
a meal for ten at the iconic BT Tower.
We’ve added the QAHH to the livery on one of our new
vehicles – pictured at the unveiling are Steve Gilson,
£££s raised for charity and a possible pink Mo.
Stanley House staff raised £162.28 for this year’s poppy appeal for the Royal British Legion,
plus £72 for the BBC’s Children in Need appeal through a special dress down day.
Les Bond (business strategy consultant based at Stanley House) is raising money for research into prostate
and testicular cancer and to rid the world of discrimination against men and boys with mental health
problems. He’s doing this through the medium of facial hair as part of Movember 2015. At the time of writing
Les has raised £415 and is promising to dye the Mo pink if he raises more than £600 – watch this space.
