Terms & conditions
John Cordier Academy reserves the right to
change the training or seminar programme if,
despite its best efforts, circumstances make this
necessary. The person registering for a training
or seminar agrees to be bound by the JCA
Master Terms.
Invoice conditions
These invoice conditions apply to each invoice
issued by Belgacom. The prices do not include
VAT, transport costs or any other expenses or
duties. The invoiced amounts are set out and
payments are made in Euro. The invoices are
payable within fifteen (15) days of invoice date
on the account mentioned on the invoice. The
customer shall bear all costs arising due to
payment of the invoice. In the event of overdue
payment, Belgacom shall be entitled to interest
at the legal rate without prior written notice.
The customer shall have accepted the invoices,
unless Belgacom has received Customer’s complaint
related to the invoice within fifteen (15)
calendar days of invoice date. Courses developed
by JCA remain the property of Belgacom.
The Agreement shall be governed by Belgian
law. In the event of a dispute the Brussels courts
have the exclusive jurisdiction. JCA reserves the
right to change the prices without prior written
notice.
Confirmation
After receipt of your registration, we will send
you a confirmation, practical information and a
plan of the location of JCA. Your registration will
be definitive as soon as confirmed by JCA.
Cancellation or postponement
The customer may cancel at no cost the participation
of one or more of the course delegates
up to and including 16 working days prior to the
start of the course. If cancellation takes place
between 15 and 6 working days prior to the
start of the course 50% of the course fee will be
invoiced. The full course amount will be invoiced
if cancellation takes place within 5 working
days before commencement of the course.
Cancellation by the customer does not
automatically entitle the customer to a reassignment
to another course. Rescheduling the
assignment is regarded as a cancellation of the
current assignment.
Cancellation by the customer must always
be in writing. We will of course be happy to
welcome a colleague in your place.
Duration of the course
The course starts at 9.00 am and ends at 5.00
pm. Besides the lunchbreak, there is a coffeebreak
in the morning and one in the afternoon.
