TERMS AND CONDITIONS<br />
MINIMUM ORDER: $50.00<br />
Back orders of less than $20.00 will not be carried. Please re-order in 14 days.<br />
1. All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller at the home office. Upon such acceptance, without<br />
further notice to the customer, this order becomes a valid contract governed by the laws of the state<br />
in which the seller’s home office is located.<br />
2. Salespersons have no authority to collect cash or incur any indebtedness on behalf of the seller.<br />
Remittances shall be made payable only to Rocky Mountain Dubbing Co.<br />
3. All transportation charges are to be paid by the customer. The responsibility of the seller ceases<br />
when goods have been delivered to the transportation company. All claims for damages must be made<br />
to the carrier. All prices are F.O.B. Lander, Wyoming. If no shipping instructions accompany order, we<br />
will ship by the most economical means.<br />
4. Open Accounts: Net 30 days will be extended only with the approval of Rocky Mountain Dubbing<br />
Co. Other accounts will be cash in advance, Master Card, Visa, or C.O.D. (CASH ONLY). There will<br />
be a 5% credit card fee. If the account is over 30 days old, the volume discount will be voided. After<br />
45 days past due there will be a 2 % monthly charge on past due amount. Accounts over 60 days past<br />
due will be COD and past due amount will be added to the COD amount.<br />
5. Rocky Mountain Dubbing Co. must be notified within five (5) working days of receipt of invoice of<br />
any errors in billing.<br />
6. Request for returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of invoice date. Returns made after this<br />
time will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be prepaid shipping.<br />
7. FOREIGN ORDERS: There is a $50.00 fee for the Federal Health and Fish & Wildlife forms. All<br />
orders are prepaid unless credit is established before the order is processed. Please allow 3-4 weeks<br />
for shipping time.<br />

of bass, pike and saltwater fly patterns or legs on frog patterns.<br />
A major breakthrough on the use of the these was developed by Bob<br />
Popavics. He came up with the idea of attaching a 30 lb. monofilament line<br />
to the base of the tail using Zap-A-Gap glue. He then tied the mono line onto<br />
the shank of the hook. This has lead to these significant developments...<br />
Longer fly life. The monofilament will flex during the cast reducing the stress<br />
on the tail. If the tail does break off, you can glue a new one to the monofilament.<br />
A reusable fly. Finally, by using longer mono you can make extended<br />

bead. We now offer a baked enamel finish. The color will not<br />

Samadou is a newly developed synthetic. It is the fastest activating and absorbent<br />
material we know of. It performs better than real amadou and will dry flies faster and better.<br />
Two Samadou pads are attached to a high quality cowhide leather back. The size is<br />
2 ½" by 2 ½". This handsome dryer also has an antique brass ring or swivel.<br />

both come with a large safety pin. The hat band is 12 inches<br />
long by 1 ½ inches wide. It has eyelet rivets at each end for<br />
durability, with a leather lace and wooden toggle.<br />

waterproofed so you don’t have to apply<br />
any floatant. This ultra-light wool yarn is<br />
bio-degradable and floats like a cork. It<br />
is fully adjustable, reusable, very easy<br />
to put on and extremely high in visibility.<br />
