Bulls and females <strong>to</strong> be guaranteed breeders. The guarantee and terms (90 days), shall<br />
constitute a contract between <strong>the</strong> buyer and seller of each lot. The sale managers will not<br />
be responsible for accidents, but every precaution will be taken <strong>to</strong> provide for <strong>com</strong>fort and<br />
safety of <strong>the</strong> guests. Announcements from <strong>the</strong> auction block will take precedence over <strong>the</strong><br />
printed matter in <strong>the</strong> catalogue. Immediately after each purchase is declared, <strong>the</strong> risk of<br />
<strong>the</strong> animal shall be exclusively with <strong>the</strong> purchaser.<br />
The Lundar All Breed Beef Cattle Show & Sale, acting as a medium between <strong>the</strong> buyer and<br />
<strong>the</strong> seller, will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur <strong>to</strong> animals<br />
or people. All cattle must be paid for on <strong>the</strong> day of <strong>the</strong> sale. All bulls are semen tested.<br />
Animals cannot be bought after <strong>the</strong> sale unless <strong>the</strong> sale goes through <strong>the</strong> office. The price<br />
will be a minimum of $100 above <strong>the</strong> floor price. Terms of sale ~ cash.<br />
