HOSPITALITY
** [NOTE: ONE OF OUR MEMBERS HAS A SEVERE PEANUT ALLERGY. ALL FOODS
MUST BE NUT-FREE. The food provider(s) must be cautioned not only in the use of nut-free
ingredients, but also in contamination by utensils and within the food preparation area.
THIS IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE]. **
As a general rule, Natalie and Donnell and band are trying to avoid preservatives, high-fructose
corn syrup, processed meats, etc. Please ask the caterer to think “HEALTHY”.
Organic breads, vegetables and fruit are requested.
Water in glass bottles is requested. Her choices are Voss and Panna. Some Perrier or similar in
glass bottles is also requested.
(Regular Aquafina or similar water for the stage.)
Please provide the following:
AT LOAD IN (usually 12:30p): Lunch for 8 people
Makings for assorted sandwiches: whole-grain breads; roast beef, turkey, ham, tuna (no salmon);
small jars of mustard and mayo; chips, cookies (no nuts). Healthy, organic, non-processed where
possible.
Vegetable soup made with fresh vegetables, organic where possible.
AT 3 HOURS PRIOR TO SHOW, a full hot dinner for 8 (eight) people, to include:
Soup or salad, hot entrees, fresh vegetables, dessert, tea, coffee, water, juices. No particular
menu is requested, as of the writing of this rider. As show day approaches, we may have some
menu suggestions/requests.. In general, we ask that the caterer think “healthy” and we encourage
their creativity.
(1) bottle of excellent quality red wine
(6) bottles of beer – a 6-pack of Sam Adams or Fat Tire
Please: No paper/foam plates, plastic utensils, etc. Please provide comfortable seating and a
nice atmosphere. This is the family’s dinner time.
NOTE: If local regulations forbid providing, possessing or consuming alcohol, we understand.
AFTER MEET & GREET- 2 Large pizzas - 1 no-meat, 1 meat; OR Chinese takeout or similar
NOTE: For shows in 2011, there is a chance the performers will travel with their
own chef. Upon 30 days prior notice from Artist’s Management, please provide a $400
buyout of all food items and meals. In that case, only the water in glass bottles, the
water for the stage, and towels for stage are necessary.
