• Peppermill North: $109/per night + 13% tax
• Peppermill Tower: $139/per night + 13% tax
• Tuscany Tower: $169/per night + 13% tax
SPECIAL HOTEL ROOM RATES:
WSRCA has negotiated special convention rates (from
$109-$169) but your reservation MUST be made through
the WSRCA office on the Registration/Housing Form either
in this brochure or online at www.wsrca.com. Upon receipt
of your Registration/Housing form, WSRCA will submit your
housing request to the hotel and confirm that your request
is accurate. For hotel confirmation: contact the Peppermill
Resort & Casino (866-821-9996), or WSRCA (800-725-0333),
to obtain your confirmation #. The hotel will not be sending
out confirmations.
HOTEL ROOM INFORMATION:
First nights' deposit is charged to your credit card upon
receipt of your request and is mandatory for confirmation.
Reservations for which a deposit is not received will be
canceled by the hotel at deadline. If paying by check, first
nights' deposit must accompany the reservation. Please
make housing checks payable to the: Peppermill Resort &
Casino and separate checks for WSRCA and/or Davis Memorial
Foundation. The hotel accepts VISA, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover or Diners Club. All rooms reserved thru the
WSRCA will be guaranteed for late arrival. Check-in time is
3:00pm and Check-out time is 12noon.
Cancellations, No Shows, Early Departures:
• Cancellations: The hotel allows individual attendees the right
to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up
to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the attendees scheduled
arrival date.
• Failure To Check-In: On the scheduled arrival date, the hotel
will charge the individual attendee one (1) night’s guaranteed
guestroom rate plus tax. Any remaining nights of a “no show”
reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• Early Departure: In the event a guest who has reserved a
guestroom checks out prior to the reserved check-out date,
the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $50.00 plus tax
to that individual’s account. Guests wishing to avoid an early
check-out fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of
any changes in planned length of stay.
DEADLINE FOR HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS IS
May 16, 2013 or until the hotel is sold out. After 5/16, call
WSRCA for availability (650-938-5441). For Suite information
or special requests, call WSRCA.
HOW YOU CAN HELP WSRCA KEEP COST
EFFECTIVE CONVENTION RATES:
In order to provide the best in services, events, seminars and
exhibits, WSRCA contracts with the hotel for a specific number
of sleeping rooms. The hotel in turn discounts meeting room
space, exhibit space and some events. We ask that you HELP
US keep the level of service we provide to you, by reserving
hotel rooms in the headquarters hotel, the Peppermill Resort
& Casino. We thank you for your consideration.
CONVENTION REGISTRATION:
WSRCA offers several options for your convention experience
as indicated below.
ADVANCE REGISTRATION:
DEADLINE: Advance Registrations must be
submitted by May 31, 2013 to the WSRCA office in order
to receive the discounted rates. After that date, you will need
to register on-site at the WSRCA Registration Desk. Advance
Registrations are discounted and your convention badge and
materials will be ready for you on Sunday, June 9th at 1:00pm
in the Peppermill Tuscany Ballroom Foyer.
• Full Registration Package: Includes all ticketed events
(unless otherwise specified), seminars, tradeshow exhibits for
all three days.
• Second Full Registration Package: Includes all ticketed
events (unless otherwise specified), seminars, tradeshow
exhibits for all three days when a Full Registration Package is
purchased.
• Daily Registration: Includes seminars and tradeshow exhibits
for each specific day and has the opportunity to purchase
ticketed events at the lower rate.
• SPECIAL: Tuesday Seminars & Tradeshow are included in all
RCI Registrations.
• Ticketed Events: Ticketed Events are indicated in the
Convention Schedule as *Ticketed Event are included (unless
otherwise indicated)in the Full and Second Registration
Packages and are available for separate purchase by Daily
Registration at discounted rates. They may also be purchased
for full price by Free Pass attendees or nonregistrants. Full
price tickets are listed in (parenthesis) on the Advance
Registration & Housing Form.
• Workshops: (Roof Consultants Institute Region IV and BURSI)
are separate purchases, but you can register and pay for this
on the Advance Registration & Housing Form.
• Spouse Program: This exciting and new program is a
separate event and is open for all to purchase.
• FREE Tradeshow Exhibit Only Passes: Includes entry into
the tradeshow for each specific day. These passes are ONLY
open to contractors and their employees. Non-exhibiting
manufacturers, suppliers and personnel of exhibiting firms
are not eligible for these FREE passes. Please refer to the
Registration Form for exact pricing.
ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS:
All registrations explained above are available on-site starting
on Sunday, June 9th at 1:00pm at the WSRCA Registration
Desk in the Tuscany Ballroom Foyer at the Peppermill Resort
& Casino.
EXPO POLICIES:
...This is a trade event and only professionals from the
roofing industry will be allowed to attend.
...Young children attending in strollers are not permitted on
the tradeshow floor due to safety concerns. Other children
(under the age of 16) walking the show floor with an adult
will be registered and badged for FREE.
...Smoking is prohibited in exhibition halls and meeting
rooms.
...Cell phones, still or video photography on the show floor
is strictly prohibited. No cell phones or pagers may be used
during seminars.
...To protect the investment of the exhibitors and
maintain the integrity of the show floor, non-exhibiting
manufacturers/suppliers may attend the show but will be
charged a $150 registration fee.
CONVENTION REGISTRATION
CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY
Convention registration cancellations must be received
in the WSRCA office in writing and postmarked before
May 15, 2013; all cancellations will be charged a $25
processing/administration fee. No refunds will be issued
after this date. Expo Only admission is non-refundable.
