classes at Battell Community Center to stay brain healthy!
According to an article, “Brain Power: 100 Ways to Keep Your Mind
Healthy and Fit” on the Online Education Database it doesn’t matter
what age you are to start thinking about brain health.
Here is a list of ways to keep your mind healthy and fit: get plenty
of mental exercise, don’t forget physical exercise, challenge your
brain, eat healthily, supplement your diet the brain-healthy way, be
safe, reduce stress, stimulate your senses, and be social!
