and infections.<br />

Physical and psychological trauma, which increases cellular<br />

requirements for some nutrients (e.g. vitamin C). In<br />

these situations, it is more likely that we do not eat or<br />

digest food properly and this has a negative impact on<br />

the body’s immunity.<br />
