Overall plan for WP5<br />

o Advice for <strong>the</strong> development of a business case for <strong>the</strong> <strong>SKA</strong>-1 <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> return<br />
<strong>on</strong> investment in <strong>SKA</strong>-1 c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> and operati<strong>on</strong>s to Governments and<br />
research agencies.<br />
o Seek “n<strong>on</strong>-traditi<strong>on</strong>al” funding for <strong>the</strong> <strong>SKA</strong><br />
o Establish routes and enable transfer of knowledge and experience to and<br />
