chickens, gawk at her garden (if you don't the chickens surely will!) then join her in the kitchen for a hands-‐on cooking <br />

tiramisu and ragu. Your 'classic Italian' class will include a fresh mozzarella tasting, cooking with your friends classics like <br />
ragu, polenta, mushroom risotto, white bean pate on crostini and tiramisu. After all the cooking, sit down to enjoy your <br />
