To promote a <strong>student</strong>‐led model of <strong>leaders</strong>hip and parcipaon, which<br />

To establish a <strong>leaders</strong>hip model which compliments the SRC<br />
To improve <strong>student</strong> contribuon and parcipaon in the development of a<br />
happy, safe and dynamic school environment within the school<br />
To empower <strong>student</strong>s in school decision making through involvement in<br />
school life, enabling a greater sense of belonging and connectedness<br />
To develop <strong>student</strong> <strong>leaders</strong>hip skills and to promote improved learning<br />
outcomes<br />
To encourage and promote whole school ownership and involvement in<br />
<strong>student</strong> welfare, <strong>leaders</strong>hip and parcipaon.<br />
