• due to the popularity of this trip it will be offered as a lottery
• all participants interested in attending this trip to Disney
World must register no later than October 3rd at 10am
• the lottery will be pulled on October 3rd and we will
contact you by October 6th

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:
• participants who are responsible for independent personal care including
feeding, dressing & toileting
• participants who are independent in mobility either walking or wheeling
• participants who are successful socially at a 5:1 participant staffing ratio
• participants who are devoid of emotional outbursts that require 1:1 staffing
