How to Enroll in <strong>Parkland</strong> HEALTHfirst<br />
<strong>Parkland</strong> HEALTHfirst gives you a list of doctors and health centers for you to<br />
choose from.<br />
To select your personal doctor, who is called a Primary Care Provider (PCP),<br />
you will use the <strong>Parkland</strong> HEALTHfirst Provider Directory.<br />
Your personal doctor may be called a Family Practitioner, a General Practitioner,<br />
an Internist or a Pediatrician. Please note, if you are a female, you can select<br />
an OB/GYN as your PCP. When you select your PCP, call the Star Help Line at<br />
1-800-964-2777 with the following information:<br />
Your name and Medicaid number<br />
Tell them that you have selected <strong>Parkland</strong> HEALTHfirst<br />
Tell them the name of your doctor or health center that you selected<br />
