SYSTEMS, SERVICES & SUPPORT<br />
TRAINING: INITIAL & ONGOING<br />
Depending on your requirements the initial<br />
<strong>Noodle</strong> <strong>Box</strong> Training Program is conducted<br />
over 2-4 weeks at the Franchise Support Centre,<br />
Abbotsford VIC.<br />
Areas you will receive training in include:<br />
• Safe food handling procedures and systems<br />
• Goods receivable and stock ordering<br />
• Food preparation<br />
• Cleaning<br />
• Workplace health and safety<br />
• Meal portioning guidelines and cooking skills<br />
• Point of sale systems<br />
• Cash handling<br />
• Profit and loss monitoring<br />
• HR procedures and Team Management<br />
• Guest service<br />
Ongoing training is conducted during group<br />
Franchise Partner sessions and via our online<br />
University training platform, “<strong>Noodle</strong>-U”.<br />
TRAINING: NOODLE COOKS<br />
All <strong>Noodle</strong> <strong>Box</strong> cooks are the real deal. The <strong>Noodle</strong><br />
Cooks are hand selected and recruited for their<br />
skills with the wok. Watching the <strong>Noodle</strong> Cooks<br />
expertly toss woks full of fresh ingredients is<br />
an integral part of the <strong>Noodle</strong> <strong>Box</strong> theatre<br />
and experience in restaurant.<br />
RESTAURANT: STARTER KIT<br />
As part of the restaurant hand over, we<br />
provide you with your own starter kit. This<br />
is a comprehensive guide to both opening<br />
your restaurant, and ongoing operations.<br />
Information in the guide includes information<br />
such as:<br />
• Instruction on how you apply for relevant<br />
permits and licences.<br />
• A guide to recruitment, staffing guidelines<br />
and rostering.<br />
• A marketing starter kit and guide to<br />
marketing your restaurant.<br />
• Information on restaurant operations from<br />
opening your restaurant, to training, cash<br />
register floats, stock taking, ordering systems,<br />
customer service training and operating hours.<br />
