We build our benches & bleachers to the highest standards. Listed below<br />
are some of the differences by others who may be listing their benches &<br />
bleachers as comparable to ours.<br />
1. FRAMES - Ours is 100% aluminum angle. Be careful of those quoting<br />
“galvanized steel as angle iron” as equal.<br />
2. SEAT PLANKS - Ours is 100% anodized aluminum with a minimum<br />
wall thickness of .078. A thinner walled not does not have the strength or<br />
support. Be careful of anyone offering powder coated steel planks which<br />
will rust out when powder coating wears off.<br />
3. FOOT PLANKS - Ours is 100% Mill Finish <strong>Aluminum</strong>. Be careful of<br />
those quoting steel foot planks. They could rust out & will need to be<br />
replaced.<br />
4. END CAPS - Ours are constructed of fiber reinforced polypropylene.<br />
There are no holes to drill to complete installation. No sharp edges to<br />
snag clothing or skin.<br />
5. INDOOR USE - Our Tip N’ Roll units come with rubber leg protectors so they can be<br />
used indoors or out. Be careful of those units using steel vs. aluminum as the total body<br />
weight is nearly 400 lbs. and attempting to use these in a “tip-over” fashion could damage<br />
your gym floor or cause personal injuries.<br />
6. FRONT ROWS - Be very careful of knowing the exact height of each seat section and<br />
the overall units. We are seeing as much as 6” being cut off every seat height by other<br />
makers trying to save money and lower their bids. This puts the first row nearly at 11”<br />
above ground level.<br />
7. BACK & SIDE FENCING - We use 9 gauge wire and heavy duty fence pipe, and attached<br />
to bleacher using heavy duty aluminum angle and channel. Anything less is asking<br />
for mechanical and safety problems.<br />
Don’t be fooled by a low price. Our manufacturing team has been in this business for 30<br />
years. If you see bids or quotes that “seem too good to be true” - they are. Respectable<br />
manufacturers purchase aluminum at the same prices. Anyone offering to deliver product<br />
at 30% less is not matching specs.<br />
