FINANCIAL REPORT Ainslie Football and Social Club Limited ABN 17 102 364 321 Annual General Meeting Ainslie Football And Social Club Limited Notice is hereby given that the 8h Annual General Meeting of the Ainslie Football and Social Club Ltd will be held at the Club, 52 Wakefield Avenue, Ainslie, ACT on Sunday 12h December 2010 11:00 a.m. The business of the meeting shall be: (1) To confirm the minutes of Meeting held on 13th December 2009 (2) To receive from the Directors reports on the activities of the Club for the year ended 30 September 2010 (3) To receive and consider the Statements of Accounts and Repor ts required under the Corporations Act (2001) (4) To elect Directors (5) To transact any other business which may be brought forward in conformity with the Club Rules.
