CMC Health Centers<br />
A CMC Health Center is located inside 12 local <strong>YMCA</strong>s<br />
staffed by a registered nurse. Committed to disease<br />
prevention, health education and early detection <strong>of</strong> illness<br />
or injury, our nurse works closely with Y health experts and<br />
local physicians to <strong>of</strong>fer the following clinical wellness<br />
services:<br />
• Blood Pressure Monitoring<br />
• Body Fat Analysis<br />
• Cholesterol/Lipid Pr<strong>of</strong>ile<br />
• Glucose Screening<br />
• Vaccinations<br />
• Seminars<br />
• Physician Referrals<br />
• Nurse Consults<br />
Blood Pressure Monitoring - 18+ years - Free<br />
High Blood Pressure may have no symptoms, but can lead<br />
to serious health problems. Stop by and get a FREE blood<br />
pressure reading that is a simple and quick way to monitor<br />
a serious health risk.<br />

Cholesterol/Lipid Pr<strong>of</strong>ile - 18+ years<br />
<strong>Our</strong> CMC Health Center <strong>of</strong>fers bi-monthly cholesterol<br />
screenings. A full lipid pr<strong>of</strong>ile will be taken, results will be<br />
explained and lifestyle adjustments will be recommended<br />
as needed. A 12-hour fast is required and guarantees the<br />
most accurate results.<br />
