<strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g but not limited to tuition, books, transportation, room and board, and<br />

any loan extended <strong>by</strong> a governm ent or a pr ivate entity <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> purpose of such<br />

education, regardless of whose nam<br />

e appears as <strong>the</strong> borrower on <strong>the</strong> loan<br />

documents;<br />

2) <strong>the</strong> production of such docum ents sha ll be m ade pursuant to <strong>the</strong> follow<strong>in</strong>g<br />

timeframes:<br />

(a) with<strong>in</strong> two weeks of <strong>the</strong> date of this Order, such documents dated s<strong>in</strong>ce<br />

January 1, 2000, to date;<br />

(b) with<strong>in</strong> 30 days from <strong>the</strong> date of th is Order, such docum ents dated s<strong>in</strong>ce<br />

January 1, 1975, to December 31, 1999.<br />

20. The holder of <strong>the</strong> orig<strong>in</strong>al of a ny of <strong>the</strong> documents with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> scope of this Order shall certify<br />

that he or she holds such orig<strong>in</strong>al and acknow ledges <strong>the</strong> duty under this Order to hold it <strong>in</strong> a<br />

secure place, ensure its cha<strong>in</strong> of custody, and<br />

produce it only upon order of this <strong>Court</strong>, <strong>the</strong><br />

court to which DeLano may be transferred, <strong>the</strong> Suprem e <strong>Court</strong> of <strong>the</strong> United S tates, or th e<br />

Judicial Conference of <strong>the</strong> United States.<br />

21. DeLano and Pfuntner v. Gordon et al., docket no. 02-2230, W BNY, (here<strong>in</strong>after Pfuntner),<br />

are withdrawn from <strong>the</strong> District and Bankruptcy <strong>Court</strong>s to this <strong>Court</strong> pursuant to 28 U.S.C.<br />

§157(d).and <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>herent power of this <strong>Court</strong> over lower courts <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> Second Circuit.<br />

22. The orders of Judge N<strong>in</strong>fo, II, of August 9, 2005, confirm <strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> DeLanos’ Chapter 13 plan<br />

and of February 7, 2007, discharg<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> DeLanos after com pletion of <strong>the</strong>ir plan are here<strong>by</strong><br />

revoked; his order of August 8, 2005, to M&T Bank shall cont<strong>in</strong>ue <strong>in</strong> <strong>for</strong>ce and <strong>the</strong> Bank shall<br />

cont<strong>in</strong>ue mak<strong>in</strong>g payments to Trustee Reiber until <strong>the</strong> appo<strong>in</strong>tment of a trustee to succeed him<br />

and from <strong>the</strong>n on to <strong>the</strong> successor trustee, to <strong>the</strong> custody of whom all funds held <strong>by</strong> Trustee<br />

Reiber <strong>in</strong> connection with DeLano shall be transferred.<br />
