PRE‐CONFERENCE<br />

DELIVERY OF ITEMS<br />

Exhibition items can be sent directly to <strong>the</strong> venue from Monday 13 July – Friday 17 July, between<br />

9am – 4pm.<br />

All items must have <strong>the</strong> attached delivery label on <strong>the</strong>m.<br />

<strong>Please</strong> get your couriers to ring Roz be<strong>for</strong>e <strong>the</strong>y deliver your items. If you would like to check that<br />

your items have been received please contact Roz by email or phone on <strong>the</strong> numbers above<br />

No responsibility will be taken <strong>for</strong> items delivered outside <strong>the</strong> above date and time. <strong>Please</strong> have all<br />

items signed by a UQ BUILDING STAFF MEMBER or a Heal<strong>the</strong>d representative.<br />

Furniture<br />

Exhibitors will have a trestle table, tablecloth, chairs and Posterboard provided.<br />

The Exhibitor (your company) must provide all marketing materials, banners and safety tagged<br />

electrical equipment if required (which includes cords and TV screens). Also don’t <strong>for</strong>get your Velcro<br />

dots <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> display board.<br />

If you have not done so already please advise if you need power.<br />

Venue Access ‐ Lecture Theatre, UQ Building, Union Road, University of Qld, St Lucia


Directions: The best road to bring you in to <strong>the</strong> University is Sir Fred Schonell Drive, once on <strong>the</strong><br />

University grounds turn left at <strong>the</strong> 2nd roundabout into Blair Drive (keep tennis courts on your left)<br />

Turn right in to Union Rd (at pool) first left will take you into <strong>the</strong> UQ Centre car park.<br />

Drop Off of Items<br />

You can drop off items at <strong>the</strong> front of <strong>the</strong> UQ Building (follow Union Road without turning left at <strong>the</strong><br />

carpark). PARKING IS STRICTLY 10 MINUTES ONLY. Once you have parked please unload and park in<br />

<strong>the</strong> underground carpark.<br />

Parking ‐ Parking is under and beside <strong>the</strong> UQ Centre (approx 300 spaces) <strong>the</strong> University offers ample<br />

street parking. There is a fee charged on weekdays, however <strong>the</strong> parking is free on weekends.<br />

There is a lift from <strong>the</strong> car park to <strong>the</strong> UQ Building Entry.<br />

We strongly suggest that you bring a trolley to cart your items<br />

Program & Break Times<br />

A final schedule is attached. Break times are as follows<br />

Morning Tea 10.20am – 10.45am<br />

Lunch 1.35pm ‐ 2.25pm<br />

Afternoon Tea 4.30pm‐ 4.55pm<br />
