paid by the electrical system.
Connection between sub-station station and offshore devices paid by project
developers (possibly via rent for pilot zone use)
Access in Demonstration (4 MW/20 MW), Pre-commercial (20
MW/100 MW) and Commercial (> 20MW…) phases
Demonstration and Pre-commercial phases: direct negotiation with
REN; Commercial phase: bidding process
Time lag to original planning - Will the pilot zone come in time for the
developers
Subsea cable not provided - Will the conditions be attractive compared
to other countries
Will Management body / government facilitate demonstration phase or
is the undertaking approached exclusively commercial
