Washington <strong>Chess</strong> Federation (WCF)/Oregon <strong>Chess</strong> Federation (OCF)<br />
Adult: $25/year (12 issues). Residents of OR and WAreceive a I-year membership in the OCF or WCF. Members receive<br />

Junior: $17/year (12 issues) or $10/6 months (6 issues). Must be under age 20 at time of expiration. OR/WAresidents only;<br />
state membership included. Juniors receive <strong>Northwest</strong> <strong>Chess</strong> each month.<br />
USA Subscriber: $25/year (12 issues). For subscribers living inside the US mail system, but outside the OR/WA area.<br />
Subscribers receive <strong>Northwest</strong> <strong>Chess</strong> each month.<br />
Family: $5/year (not a subscription - membership only). This class of membership is open only to co-resid.entof an Adult<br />
or Junior member. Expires at the same time.<br />
Trial: $13 (membership and subscription. expires in 3 months). By paying the balance of dues for an Adult membership, this<br />
option can be extended to 12 months. The balance must be paid before the trial status is expired.<br />

When Pigs Fly (made me laugh) - Vitaly Bourenin -<br />
Vitaly tried to claim touch move because his opponent<br />
made a bad move and threw his head on his King. "Can I<br />
claim touch move if my opponent touched his King with<br />
his forehead" I asked his opponent if it was his intention<br />
to move the piece with his forehead. . . he said no. So.after<br />
a giggle or two, the claim was denied. Goofy kid.<br />
