The Innovative Percussion retractable brushes feature a durable plastic housing with
no pull-rod to bend or jam. The retractable brushes feature light flexible (black) and
medium stiff (natural) bristles for different playing styles and sound possibilities. The
medium stiff bristles are also available in a wood handle model (BR-3). The BR-4 wood
handle model features heavy extra stiff bristles (black) for increased projection and
articulation. All of the wood handle models are constructed of our heartwood hickory
shafts and feature our unique and innovative “fulcrum notched” design for great feel
and balance. The synthetic bundle rods feature a rubber grip and adjustable rubber
sleeve to create numerous sound and articulation possibilities. The “CAPS” are a
unique product featuring the “fulcrum notched” wood handle and extra heavy synthetic
bundled rods with brass caps on the ends for incredible articulation and projection.
Innovative Percussion’s “Bundle Sticks” provide yet another
choice of timbre for today’s percussionist. Both models feature
a collection of birch dowels fixed within a textured grip handle
that provide a crisp articulation when struck on the surface of a
drum, outside of a shell, or even against one another.
