Hydroforming Some of our models use “Hydroformed tubes. This is a process of forming the tube<br />
into a specific shape using a mould and pressurised fluid, to obtain shapes that would be impossible<br />
using normal means. We use this on our aluminium ZEN top tubes to spread the load at the top<br />
tube/seat tube intersection, resulting in a stronger frame without the extra weight of a gusset.<br />
