Distribution panel system
Combination sets (without devices)
■ The combination set simplifies stock keeping and offers many combination
possibilities for the panels builder.
■ Combination sets 1 or 2 panel wide can be fitted above, between or
below the distribu tion board panels.
■ Combinations of combination sets and distribution board panels must
have the same overall height as the cabinets in which they are installed.
■ When two panels are assembled one above the other, 1 panel wide
panels must be mounted above 1 panel wide panels, and 2 panel wide
panels above 2 panel wide panels.
ED61SA/ ED62SA
The combination sets ED61S and ED62S have a 5-pole busbar
system, 250 A, and are plugged into the distribution board panel
from above or below. By fitting another Cu bar 12 x 5 mm
(per conductor) (ZX101 or ZX102) it is possible to upgrade the
busbar systems to 355 A. Busbar spacing 40 mm.
Busbar connection terminals must be ordered separately.

The design of the combination sets ED71S and ED72S corresponds
to the previous example, but they are installed between distribution
board panels. By fitting another Cu bar 12 x 5 mm (per conductor)
(ZX101 or ZX102) it is possible to upgrade the busbar systems
to 355 A. Busbar spacing 40 mm.
Busbar connection terminals must be ordered separately.

Prepared for DO and D fuse bases. With busbar system 3x 250 A
(Cu 12 x 5). Busbar spacing 60 mm. Attachment at the top or bottom
on the distribution board panel. Usable installation width for fuse
base ED55 – 160 mm and ED56 – 410 mm. Cover with cut-out .
Busbar connection terminals must be ordered separately.
Maximum incoming line connection is 35 mm 2 .

When busbars are installed and a lot of space is required for
incoming or outgoing lines, or additional terminals need to be
mounted, then the ED91SA or ED92SA, with a steplessly adjustable
DIN rail for terminals, is ideal. By fitting another Cu bar 12 x 5 mm
(per conductor) (ZX101 or ZX102) it is possible to upgrade the
busbar systems to 355 A).

ED61MA/ ED62MA
The combination sets ED61MA and ED62MA have a mounting plate,
the depth of which is steplessly adjustable, for fitting extremely deep
devices. These sets are plugged into the distribution board panel at
the top or bottom. Maximum installation depth between mounting
plate and cover is 178 mm (consider cabinet depth).
ED61KA/ ED62KA
The combination sets ED61KA and ED62KA with recessed DIN rails
are primarily used to provide a generous terminal compartment and
can be plugged into distribution board panels at the top or bottom.
Terminal compartment 300 mm. Suitable for terminals up to 95 mm 2 .
Use ZK90P2 insulating pieces in order to fit DIN rails with double
insulation. Use the deep-mounting brackets ED33P2 in order to fit
DIN rails to the rear.
ED91KA/ ED92KA
The combination sets ED91KA and ED92KA with recessed DIN rails
are primarily used to provide a generous terminal compartment and
can be plugged into distribution board panels at the top or bottom.
Terminal compartment 450 mm. Suitable for terminals up to 95 mm 2 .
Use ZK90P2 insulating pieces in order to fit DIN rails with double
insulation. Use the deep-mounting brackets ED33P2 in order to fit
DIN rails to the rear.
