<strong>OSI</strong> Traction Units 2 Two basic traction units will be used on a regular basis in the Health Center “Single” with a 250 lb weight limit “Balken” or “double set up” with a 500 lb weight limit <strong>OSI</strong> Traction units will only be used with the Hill-Rom Advanta bed All four intravenous (IV) posts are permanently installed/bolted to the foot and head of each bed for safety purposes
3 The Surgery 7 Advanta bed will normally be found with either the trapeze set up in place or at least the four corner I.V. posts and their 36 inch bars permanently attached to the frame of the bed Foot board If assembling the trapeze is required, all parts can be located on Surgery 7 or full set ups may be removed from another Advanta bed not in use Head board
