shall contain, in respect of each registrant -<br />
(a) the constitutive documents;<br />
(b) the address of the principal office,<br />
and, where applicable, the address of<br />
the principal representative;<br />
(c) a copy of the certificate of<br />
registration;<br />
(d) a copy of the most recent balance sheet<br />
and other financial statements<br />
determined by the Commission;<br />
(e) the names and addresses of the officers;<br />
(f) the companies and intermediaries with<br />
which business is conducted in <strong>The</strong><br />
<strong>Bahamas</strong>,<br />
and such other information and documentation as may be<br />
directed by the Commission.<br />
(3) Any person may, upon payment of such fee as<br />
may be prescribed or established by the Commission, inspect<br />
during normal business hours any register at the office of<br />
the Commission and may make a copy of any document in such<br />
register.<br />
Commission 20. (1) Where, in relation to a policy, any dispute<br />
may act as or difference arises between an insurer and a policyholder,<br />
arbitrator. the Commission may with the consent of the parties involved,<br />
act as arbitrator of the dispute or difference.<br />
(2) An arbitration under this section shall be<br />
Ch.180. conducted in accordance with the Arbitration <strong>Act</strong>.<br />
Immunity 21. (1) No liability should be incurred by and no<br />
and actions suit, action or proceeding shall lie against the Commission,<br />
by the<br />
or any person acting under its authority for anything done<br />
