shall contain, in respect of each registrant -
(a) the constitutive documents;
(b) the address of the principal office,
and, where applicable, the address of
the principal representative;
(c) a copy of the certificate of
registration;
(d) a copy of the most recent balance sheet
and other financial statements
determined by the Commission;
(e) the names and addresses of the officers;
(f) the companies and intermediaries with
which business is conducted in The
Bahamas,
and such other information and documentation as may be
directed by the Commission.
(3) Any person may, upon payment of such fee as
may be prescribed or established by the Commission, inspect
during normal business hours any register at the office of
the Commission and may make a copy of any document in such
register.
Commission 20. (1) Where, in relation to a policy, any dispute
may act as or difference arises between an insurer and a policyholder,
arbitrator. the Commission may with the consent of the parties involved,
act as arbitrator of the dispute or difference.
(2) An arbitration under this section shall be
