We use the finest components in the construction of our umbrellas. All elements of the umbrella are designed to hold up<br />
in adverse weather conditions as well as withstand the stresses of use over time. All aspects of our umbrellas are<br />
designed to provide maximum protection from the rain and facilitate easy opening, carrying, closing and storage.<br />
We stand proudly behind our products with a full lifetime warranty.<br />
<strong>ShedRain</strong> ®<br />
warrants our umbrellas to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Under every umbrella, on one of the<br />
ribs, is complete information for any customer who experiences unlikely complications with a <strong>ShedRain</strong> ®<br />
umbrella. If an<br />
umbrella fails due to a defect, <strong>ShedRain</strong> ®<br />
will repair it, or replace it with the same or similar model.<br />

•All goods bulk-packed: FOB our distribution center, Portland, OR<br />
•Terms: Net 30 on approved credit. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted<br />
•Prices subject to change without notice. However if prices increase, we request customer approval prior to processing order<br />
•Minimum order: $250.00<br />
•Returns accepted only with prior written authorization<br />
DELIVERY<br />
To comply with requested ship dates, all details of orders must be received promptly. The schedules listed below will apply<br />
only after receipt of confirmed purchase order and approved credit or payment, if required. Delays or modifications may<br />
change delivery.<br />
•In-stock items: 3-5 business days<br />
•Custom color or special orders: 120 calendar days<br />
•Rush orders will be accommodated whenever possible. Contact our customer service team for scheduling and charges<br />
•All delivery times quoted are normal and for bulk pack. Delivery may vary due to availability or extraordinary circumstances<br />

All merchandise shipped either UPS or FED EX ground, prepaid and added to invoice unless otherwise specified.<br />
If shipping via air is required, we must have written confirmation.<br />
