The <strong>CNet</strong> CMS-1608P has 8 Ethernet Input ports, and 8 Ethernet output ports with 48V, IEEE<br />
802.3af power. It offers cost-effective solution to upgrade existing network with PoE. It helps<br />
to simplify the installation of PoE-compliant wireless access points, IP cameras and etc.<br />
These devices can be installed on a ceiling or on a wall, away from most electrical outlets.<br />
PoE eliminates the requirement for an electrical outlet to power these devices. This provides<br />
flexibility in placing devices where AC power is difficult to access and lowers installation costs.<br />
