Deposit Plus Remote
Capture Service
With Deposit Plus, Pacific Continental
offers you the convenience of making
deposits from your office. With this
service, you can access images of
deposited items, which facilitates
reconciling and donor research, and
potentially eliminates the need for
photocopying checks.
Statement Plus CD-ROMs
Our interactive account statement
CD-ROMs provide images of the
front and back of every check written
and deposited, along with images of
all deposits and monthly account
statements. This tool is highly
beneficial for record keeping, donor
history management and financial
audits. Individual CD-ROMs are also
available for your specific events and
fundraising activities.
Additional Services
Lockbox – Payments from donors,
along with a coupon that we scan for
accuracy, are mailed directly to Pacific
Continental, where we process and
deposit the payments and capture
payment details. This service may help
mitigate internal control concerns.
Positive Pay – We help protect your
organization from fraud by allowing
you to compare an electronic file of
the checks your organization issues
against checks presented for payment.
You’ll be notified daily of any nonmatching
items attempting to clear
through your account.
Loans & Lines of Credit – Contact
your Pacific Continental banker for
the best options for your organization.
Business MasterCard® – Our Business
MasterCard® provides a convenient
option for various expenses such as
