Acknowledgments Integrated Housing Management System data Gerry Doyle, Ruth Galbraith and Robert Auld, of Client IT at Glasgow City Council, provided Business Objects programs and helped to interpret data on homeless presentations to the Council. Rough Sleepers’ Initiatives Margaret-Ann Brunjes and Janis Macdonald, of Glasgow Homelessness Network, provided data and advice on the Rough Sleepers’ Initiatives.
