Patient Service: We offer both out–patient services <strong>and</strong> in–<br />

Out–patient services: work on all days except Sundays <strong>and</strong><br />
festival holidays. Depending on the nature of the problems, patients<br />
are diagnosed <strong>and</strong> treated as out patients. However, if the treatment<br />
requires special procedures or surgeries, patients are advised of<br />
the specialty facilities available <strong>and</strong> are counseled.<br />
In–patient services: We offer state of the art facilities <strong>and</strong><br />
have 2 operation theatres complexes <strong>and</strong> one septic OT equipped<br />
with latest equipment <strong>and</strong> trained dedicated personnel. Our in–<br />
patient facilities include 200 beds, which consists of deluxe rooms,<br />
A/C rooms, single occupancy on payment <strong>and</strong> general wards.<br />
Trained ophthalmic nursing assistants provide Twenty–four hour<br />

hospital set up in the year 2000, has now become a base for<br />
all prevention of blindness activities as well as vital research in<br />
eye care under one roof. The specialized eye care service<br />
matches the best <strong>and</strong> is provided with compassion <strong>and</strong> kindness.<br />
It has gained widespread acclaim, both nationally <strong>and</strong> internationally.<br />
Since inception of H. V. Desai Eye Hospital up to December<br />
2013, we have examined 20.26 lacs cases <strong>and</strong> operated 3.35<br />
lacs cases.This was possible only because of timely help by<br />
