Rotating Modules
Vision Alert’s rotating modules offer superior light
output against many of its competitors. Featuring high
temperature, vacuum metalised reflectors.
• Dual voltage user selectable belt positions for 12V
and 24V applications
• Double radius EPDM drive belts for unrivalled grip
and tolerance to extreme temperatures
• Stainless steel ball bearings housed in acetyl, for
smooth, quiet operation and corrosion protection
• Free form design reflectors that give an even
intensity over greater areas, providing up to 20%
improved light output than other leading
competitors
LED Modules
Vision Alert recognises that there are many benefits in the use of LEDs for warning and safety lighting. Compact styling allows for
sleek aerodynamic design without any compromise to light output.
Not all LEDs are the same; Vision Alert uses only premium LEDs in order to achieve the highest light output that our customers
expect from a leading manufacturer of lightbars.
All Vision Alert LED lightbars incorporate:
• Fully sealed, encapsulated LEDs for protection
against dust & moisture
• Die cast aluminium housing on LEDs
• Polycarbonate lenses for greater impact protection
• LEDs rated to 100,000 hours of operation
• CE, e, and ECE R65 (where applicable)
• 5 Year warranty on all electronic components
• Low current consumption (usually less than 20%
of a halogen rotator)
• Linear drive circuitry for reduced emissions
Xenon Modules
Vision Alert offers various types of xenon modules for
beacons and lightbars. Single, Double, Quad and ECE
approved variants are available for all applications.
• Long life replaceable tubes – no need for further
expense of buying new modules and having to
fit again
• State-of-the-art electronic circuitry
• Improved heat sink technology for greater heat
dissipation and improved service life
